CRAFTSMANSHIP
THE DESIGN:
THE FIRST STEP OF YOUR PROJECT
The design is the very first stage in bringing your project to life.
A comprehensive brief is essential to ensure the initial sketch perfectly meets your expectations.
This research and refinement phase is crucial
for effectively conveying the message you wish to share with your visitors.
At Pièces Souvenir, we go above and beyond to create high-quality artwork.
Our creative studio is home to true artists who work with meticulous precision, crafting sketches that allow you to clearly visualize your future souvenir coin.

PREPARATORY WORKSHOP
SHARING YOUR VISION
The goal of this workshop is to transform your ideas—whether a rough concept or a specific vision—into a detailed graphic design.
This process requires extensive research and dedicated time.
When creating a portrait, for example, we delve into the history and unique characteristics of the subject.
This allows us to accurately translate not only their physical features but also their true personality onto the coin.
Once all the information has been gathered, the designer creates the first drafts on paper: sketches, drawings, and initial designs to present the creative concepts.
The aim is to capture a first visual of the coin in just a few strokes of the pencil.
This stage requires immense focus and a high level of dexterity.
CONCEPT & CREATION
ENSURING PROJECT SUCCESS
The designer’s role is then to refine the chosen concepts to create a final version of the drawing for the production team.
Our designers possess strong skills in visual design, typography, color, and composition.
We utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Carveco, and InDesign to ensure technical excellence.
Furthermore, throughout the creative process, we maintain an ongoing dialogue with you to ensure a deep understanding of your needs and preferences.
Our team also undergoes regular training to stay ahead of current trends and the latest software updates.
Our goal is not just to create an aesthetically pleasing design, but to successfully capture the intended emotion.
This workshop is essential to ensure you are confident in the project’s artistic direction.
